Inchelium Red - Organic Seed Garlic

A very productive Artichoke type garlic. 'Inchelium Red' has great flavor and mild heat. In a 1990 Rodale Kitchens taste test 'Inchelium Red' was rated as the best softneck. It's mild heat makes it great for using raw in pesto, salsa and hummus. It produces early maturing bulbs that can be palm sized if given proper growing conditions.

'Inchelium Red' grows well in a wide range of climates.
